HERE IS THE DIET:
Day 1 – b: oatmeal with tbsp peanut butter, l: green smoothie, d: tuna salad with sweet potato
Day 2 – b: 3 egg whites with spinach, l: tuna salad, d: brown rice, chicken and vegetables, 4 squares of dark chocolate
Day 3 – b: oatmeal with tbsp peanut butter, l: salmon salad with avocado, d: brown rice, chicken and vegetables
Exercise: 30 minutes – 1 hour of cardio a day, plus strength training (5 days a week).
