Diet Program:

Breakfast
(1 Cup) Tea with Milk OR Coffee with Milk
(1 Toast) with butter OR with any type of your preferred cheese OR with an egg (poached, boiled or fried (with half teaspoon of oil).

Lunch
Main dish is a stew of Vegetables cooked in tomato puree, seasoned the way you like and you can add your preferred oil together with a piece of meat OR chicken OR fish.
1 Toast
2 small cucumbers and a tomato
Fruit after lunch meal: One slice of apple OR two bites of grapes, OR two bites of orange Or 1 date.

Choice as seen in the video: Stew of Aubergine, mixed with potatoes, tomatoes, parsley, onions, garlic seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil cooked together with minced beef and a piece of Chicken Breast on the side.

You can choose to eat what you prefer on the day when mixing your vegetable stew and the protein.

Dinner
Main dish is a stew of Vegetables cooked in tomato puree, seasoned the way you like and you can add your preferred oil together with a piece of meat OR chicken OR fish.
2 small cucumbers and a tomato

Choice as seen in the video: Stew of Green beans, mixed with garlic, onions, fresh tomatoes and tomato puree, seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil. Protein side is Chicken Breast.

Another Dinner Option to drop weight faster and best to try after two weeks of following the above diet is:
1 Bowl of Yogurt
Cut slices of two cucumbers and add a touch of Olive Oil
This can help drop 5KG to 7KG within two weeks.

كوب حليب وشاي او كوب حليب وقهوه
توست واحده مع بيضه مسلوقه او قطعه جبنه او قطعه زبده.

الظهر :
صحن مرق اي نوع مرق ، خضرة مشكله:
بطاطا ، مرق بزاليا وجزر ، مرق باميه ، مرق باذنجان، مرق فاصوليا.
توست واحده
قطعه ستيك او قطعه سمك او صدر دجاج او فخذ دجاج
٢ خيار مع ١ طماطه
الفاكهه:
تمره واحده او قطعه تفاحه او قطعتين عنب او ٢ شيف برتقال.

العشاء :
صحن مرق اي نوع مرق ، خضرة مشكله:
بطاطا ، مرق بازاليا وجزر ، مرق باميه ، مرق باذنجان، مرق فاصوليا.
٢ خيار مع ١ طماطه

خلال اسبوعين النزول من ( ٣ كيلو الى ٥ كيلو )
اما اذا النزول خلال اسبوعين من ( ٥ كيلو الى ٧ كيلو ) الصباح والظهر بالضبط نفس الريجيم، بس العشاء يتغير الى : لبن و ٢ خيار مع زيت الزيتون.
