The DIET that got me to *5% BODY FAT* | Full Day of Eating to get SHREDDED

Back with another fat loss full day of eating to lose weight but this is no ordinary full day of eating for fat loss but my own EXTREME cutting diet that got me to 5% body fat back when i was a chubby beginner wanting to get shredded.

Correct, we’ve had 1800, 2000 & 2100 calorie fat loss diet plans & full days of eating on a cut well this is actually 3000 calories & a super high protein more flexible diet plan which had me lose weight fast & get to 5% body fat.

Correct, this full day of eating diet plan for extreme fat loss is what I used to eat back when i was chubby & has tried what seemed like every fad diet under the sun from the paleo diet, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting diet. I became educated about iifym flexible dieting & took it on myself to track calories & create my own fat loss shredding diet

However, although more calories than what i was eating on my cutting keto meal plan that i was prescribed which i discus in these 2 full day of eating vids:

This high protein full day of eating was still a big deficit back then thus for me was still considered An extreme fat loss diet plan that has me lose weight fast & maintain 5% body fat

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a “bad” full day of cutting to get shredded but the calories were just too low for me proving that whether it’s the paleo diet, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting diet, as long as you are in a calorie deficit they will all work

Correct, calories are what dictate our ability to lose fat & get shredded regardless of the diet type that you choose & this diet plan that got me to 5% body fat shows that as, for what is most peoples high protein bulking diet to gain muscle, was my full day of eating to lose fat fast

So, if you’re like me with a 4000 calorie maintenance, this diet may help for extreme fat loss & shredding but for most of you, this is actually a decent muscle gain high protein bulking diet you can try out to build muscle as it still incorporates a lot of scientific muscle gain fat loss diet principles. For example, when creating the diet plan the high protein extreme fat loss meal plan which i show you in the iifym full day of shredding i made sure that it was extra high protein & voluminous to help keep you full along with stimulating mps frequently to build muscle optimally, budget friendly, tasty, well balanced & doesn’t restrict any food groups
